This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted as a Small Business Set-Aside. All offerors are required to verify their small business status under NAICS code 561492 in their quote. Any quotes from offerors that do not meet the socioeconomic requirement and small business size standard will not be considered for award. Specific instructions to offerors and minimum quote submission criteria are located in Section 7, Addendum to 52.212-1- Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors (Sept 2023) Questions in regard to this solicitation are due February 3, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern to the Contracting Officer via email at brandon.wish@usdoj.gov.
