This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. For further information regarding this solicitation, contact: Brandon Wish Contracting Officer Executive Office for United States Attorneys brandon.wish@usdoj.gov 803-297-2111 The Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) - Middle District of Tennessee (MDTN) has a requirement for thirty (30) reserved parking spaces for USAO staff. The Contractor shall provide thirty (30) reserved parking spaces within a 3-block radius of Fred D. Thompson U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building located at 719 Church Street, Nashville, TN 37203. The parking facility shall possess the following minimum features: - Spaces shall be located within a strict 3-block radius of the address above. - Spaces shall be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without exclusions (regardless of special events, etc.) - Spaces shall be “reserved”, to be used exclusively by USAO staff. - Spaces shall be secured by an overnight security presence, at a minimum.
