The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) on behalf of United States Attorney’s Office, District of Kansas (USAO-KS), contemplates the Multiple Award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for grand jury and/or depositions court reporting services. At minimum there will be one (1) award and no more than two (2). The award of this IDIQ will assist USAO-KS in fulfilling the mission for United States Attorneys to serve as the nation’s principal litigators under the direction of the Attorney General. Anticipated award date is in August 2024.
