This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors and quote submission criteria are located in Section 7, Addendum to FAR 52.212-1- Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors (Sept 2023) Quotes are due April 16, 2024 at 1:00 PM Eastern to the Contracting Officer via email at brandon.wish@usdoj.gov. For further information regarding this solicitation, contact: Brandon Wish Contracting Officer Executive Office for United States Attorneys brandon.wish@usdoj.gov The Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) - Eastern District of Michigan (MIE) has a requirement for secure parking spaces for office staff within close proximity to U.S. Attorneys Office, Eastern District of Michigan, located at 211 W. Fort St Ste. 2001, Detroit, MI 48226. The Contractor shall provide two hundred and twenty-five (225) indoor, secure parking spaces within 150 feet of the USAO building entrance located at the address above. The parking facility shall possess the following minimum features: - Attendant on-duty and available at the entrance of the garage Monday through Friday during the times of 6:00am-9:00pm - Outside of the times listed above, access shall be available via an automated access control system that will activate a gate/entrance door, or other similar specified system - Accessible at times by the Government employees to self-park, lock (and, if required, to leave the keys to such vehicle as designated by Contractor) and retrieve vehicles, except in the event of circumstances beyond the Contractor's reasonable control.
