The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) on behalf of United States Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Illinois (USAO-ILN) contemplates the Single Award of an Open Market contract for this solicitation of thirty (30) Secure Parking Spaces for the Northern District of Illinois within a one (1) block radius of USAO – ILN Office at 219 S. Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60604. Period of Performance shall consist of one (1) Base Year period, and an additional four (4) twelve-month Option Year periods. This requirement will be procured under Full and Open Competition within the Statement of Work (SOW). The award will be made under Parking Lots and Garages (NAICS) code 812930. Interest parties are advised that this solicitation includes the provision FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management (SAM) which requires than an offeror be registered in SAM when submitting a quote and continue to be registered throughout the duration of the contract. Quoters shall include a cover page or complete the SF1449 that includes their Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
