The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) on behalf of United States Attorney’s Office, District of New Jersey (USAO-NJ) contemplates on making a single award, however the government reserves the right to make multiple awards of an Open Market contract, One (1) Unarmed Escort to provide escort services by van for Federal Employees between the Federal court House located at 430 East State Street, Trenton, NJ 08608 – Trenton train Station and Trenton parking lot, and One (1) Unarmed Escort to provide escort services by van for Federal Employees between the Camden court House 400 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102 – Camden PATCO Station – and Camden Parking lot, and nearby parking lots and/or central bus and train terminal (Pennsylvania Station). Period of Performance shall consist of one (1) Base Year period, and an additional two (2) twelve-month Option Year periods for 12 months. This requirement will be procured under Full and Open Competition under for small business set-aside. The award will be made under Guard Services (NAICS) code 561612. Interest parties are advised that this solicitation includes the provision FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management (SAM) which requires than an offeror be registered in SAM when submitting a quote and continue to be registered throughout the duration of the contract. Quoters shall include a cover page or complete the SF1449 that includes their Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
