Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Lodging, Conference Rooms, and Audio-Visual Equipment: 15JA0523Q00000043 The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) on behalf of United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of North Carolina (USAO-NCE) contemplates the Single Award of an Open Market contract for 24th Annual Southern States Victims Assistance (SSVA) Training Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316. The award of this contract will provide the following services: lodging for 3 nights (quantity total of 250), conference rental space, and audio-visual equipment for the conference. The period of performance will be from August 28-31, 2023. This requirement will be procured under Full and Open Competition. This is not a small business set-aside; yet all responsible small business contractors are encouraged to participate. The award will be made under Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels (NAICS) code 721110. Interest parties are advised that this solicitation includes the provision FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management (SAM) which requires than an offeror be registered in SAM when submitting a quote and continue to be registered throughout the duration of the contract. Quoters shall include a cover page or complete the OF347 that includes their Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
