The contractor shall provide a full-service annual leasing contract to support the operation of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) Management Program to all 94 USAO’s which encompasses 250 buildings located throughout the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U. S. Virgin Islands. EOUSA requires a vendor that can adapt to the unique requirements of a federal agency in mission, authorities, and needs to maintain information security in order to successfully support EOUSA under the direction of the Deputy Assistant Director, Emergency Management Staff.
