THIS AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE/TIME TO: 11/01/2022 - 05:00pm EST The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) is issuing this competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) as a small business set aside under NAICS code 611420 for NetDocuments eLearning Services and Materials. The contractor shall design, capture, narrate, and create up to 25 eLearning modules with varying time lengths of 5 to 20 minutes each. The greatest number will be 15 minutes or less with about five being of greater length. Voice over narration synchronized with the screen animation is required.
