This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted as a small business set aside. All offerors are required to verify their small business status under NAICS code 561492 in their quote. Any quotes from offerors that do not meet the small business size standard will not be considered for award. The Contractor shall provide Grand Jury & Deposition Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO), Middle District of Louisiana; Baton Rouge location. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year and four (4) one-year options as follows: Base Year: 10/01/2022 – 09/30/2023 Option Year I: 10/01/2023 – 09/30/2024 Option Year II: 10/01/2024 – 09/30/2025 Option Year III: 10/01/2025 – 09/30/2026 Option Year IV: 10/01/2026 – 09/30/2027 Contract may be extended an additional six months pursuant to FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. In the event the contract is extended pursuant to FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, the prices for the most recent period shall apply. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Contract type will be Timeand- Materials (T&M).
