The period of performance for this contract will include a base year and four (4) one-year options as follows: Base Year: 08/01/2022 – 07/31/2023 Option Year I: 08/01/2023 – 07/31/2024 Option Year II: 08/01/2024 – 07/31/2025 Option Year III: 08/01/2025 – 07/31/2026 Option Year IV: 08/01/2026 – 07/31/2027 Contract may be extended an additional six months pursuant to FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. In the event the contract is extended pursuant to FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, the prices for the most recent period shall apply. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Contract type will be Time-and-Materials (T&M). No Government Furnished Property shall be provided. Department of Labor wage rates are applicable. Specifically, Wage Determination #2015-4163 is applicable. See Attachment 3 – Wage Determination.
