This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Specific instructions to offerors and quote submission criteria are located in Section 10, Addendum to 52.212-1- Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors (Jul 2021) Questions in regard to this solicitation are due April 27, 2022 at 10:00 AM Eastern to the Contracting Officer via email at brandon.wish@usdoj.gov. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be responded to. Quotes are due May 11, 2022 at 1:00 PM Eastern to the Contracting Officer via email at brandon.wish@usdoj.gov. The Contractor shall provide Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO), District of Idaho; Coeur d’ Alene location. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year and four one-year options as follows: Base Year: 07/01/2022 – 06/30/2023 Option Year I: 07/01/2023 – 06/30/2024 Option Year II: 07/01/2024 – 06/30/2025 Option Year III: 07/01/2025 – 06/30/2026 Option Year IV: 07/01/2026 – 06/30/2027 The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Contract type will be Time-and-Materials (T&M).
