This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO), Middle District of Tennessee; Nashville location. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year and four one-year options as follows: Base Year: 05/01/2022 – 04/30/2023 Option Year I: 05/01/2023 – 04/30/2024 Option Year II: 05/01/2024 – 04/30/2025 Option Year III: 05/01/2025 – 04/30/2026 Option Year IV: 05/01/2026 – 04/30/2027 Contract may be extended an additional six months pursuant to FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. In the event the contract is extended pursuant to FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, the prices for the most recent period shall apply. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Contract type will be Timeand- Materials (T&M). No Government Furnished Property shall be provided. The Department of Labor wage rates are applicable. Minimum of one (1) court reporter, up to a maximum of three (3) court reporters ii. One (1) videographer
