Fort St Ste. 2001, Detroit, MI 48226. The Contractor shall provide two hundred (200) indoor, secure parking spaces within 150 feet of the USAO building entrance located at the address above. The parking facility shall possess the following minimum features: - Attendant on-duty and available at the entrance of the garage Monday through Friday during the times of 6:00am-9:00pm - Outside of the times listed above, access shall be available via an automated access control system that will activate a gate/entrance door, or other similar specified system - Accessible at times by the Government employees to self-park, lock (and, if required, to leave the keys to such vehicle as designated by Contractor) and retrieve vehicles, except in the event of circumstances beyond the Contractor's reasonable control.
