The period of performance for this contract will include a base year and four one-year options as follows: Base Year: 03/01/2022 – 02/28/2023 Option Year I: 03/01/2023 – 02/28/2024 Option Year II: 03/01/2024 – 02/28/2025 Option Year III: 03/01/2025 – 02/28/2026 Option Year IV: 03/01/2026 – 02/28/2027 Contract may be extended an additional six months pursuant to FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. In the event the contract is extended pursuant to FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, the prices for the most recent period shall apply. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Contract type will be Time-and-Materials (T&M). Multiple single-award IDIQ contracts may result from this solicitation. Offerors may provide a quote for all three locations, two locations or only one location, if desired. Offerors shall explicitly state which of the three locations (Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Greeneville) they intend to provide services for. Additionally, all line items for those locations the Offeror is proposing on shall be filled out in Attachment 2 – Pricing Schedule. The Government reserves the right to award one or more than one location to one Offeror if so determined to be in the Government’s best interest; however, no more than one award will be made for each location.
