The location(s) where Grand Jury proceedings and Depositions may take place are listed below: Clifford Davis/Odell Horton Federal Building 167 N. Main St. Ste. 800 Memphis, TN 38103 Ed Jones Federal Building 109 S. Highland, Suite 300 Jackson, TN 38301 The period of performance for this contract will include a base year and four one-year options as follows: Base Year: 01/29/2022 – 01/28/2023 Option Year I: 01/29/2023 – 01/28/2024 Option Year II: 01/29/2024 – 01/28/2025 Option Year III: 01/29/2025 – 01/28/2026 Option Year IV: 01/29/2026 – 01/28/2027 The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Contract type will be Time-and-Materials (T&M). No Government Furnished Property shall be provided. The Department of Labor wage rates are applicable. See attached, applicable Wage Determinations #2015-4639 Revision 14 last revised October 20 2021 and #2015-4673 Revision 16 last revised October 20 2021. The Government requires the following for this effort: i. Minimum of 5 / Maximum of 5 court reporters total. ii. Minimum of 1 / Maximum of 1 videographers total. Etc.
