Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General invites Contractors under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to submit a quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04. This is a 100% set aside for small business under NAICS 332992 / size standard 1250 employees. All eligible, responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date is estimated to be within 2 weeks of the solicitation closing date. Vendor must have an active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. See Attachment 1 for the Quote Template that Contractors may use to submit its quote.
