The FBI is conducting market research for Fitness Center Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services at FBI Redstone. The contractor would provide on-site fitness center coordination, a program coordinator, certified personal trainer, equipment maintenance and repair staff, management staff, and a complete, effective, well-balanced exercise and equipment maintenance program. The total period of performance, including all options, shall not exceed five calendar years. Interested parties should be able to provide firm information, 2–3 examples of similar Fitness Center O&M services within the past five years, a statement of qualifications/capabilities, any anticipated subcontracting or teaming structure, and suggestions for innovative approaches or savings. This is an informational sources-sought notice only, not an RFP/RFQ, and responses are voluntary with no funds available for preparation; based on market research, the requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition, with multiple awards possible.
