The FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division in Clarksburg, West Virginia, is seeking commercial window maintenance and cleaning services through this RFQ. The work includes scheduled interior and exterior window cleaning, annual window inspections, specialized glazing maintenance, and as-needed emergency response and window repairs per the attached Statement of Work. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a base year and four one-year option periods.
