This is a professional services contract for over-the-phone language interpreter services provided on demand to the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division. Services are required 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year. The Government will not supervise or control contractor employees performing the services. Instead, service providers will be accountable solely to the contractor, which is responsible to the Government.
