The FBI is seeking proposals for the procurement of 9mm Luger Ammunition in three categories: Service, Training, and Frangible. Three separate Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) single award contracts will be awarded, one per category, on an all-or-none basis. The evaluation method will be Best Value Trade Off.
