Amendment 0006 Amendment 0006 is uploaded to SAM.gov. There are no matieral changes. Due to major updates to the contract writing system Amendment 0005 had FAR clauses and RFP sections that would not print on the Standard Form. Amendment 0006 corrects these issues. Questions and Answers - all questions with answer in response to Amendment 0005 are posted. The price template is posted - the single only change is the word "rental" was changed to "lease". The contract writing system had a major update which is causing printing issues. As soon as the issue is corrected the Amendment will be posted that shows all clauses and sections. Amendment 0005 The typo in the closing date and the time in block 14 of the SF30 is updated to match section L.1.3. Due to a pre-award protest the government is re-opening the solicitation to take corrective action. Please note the following documents have been changed: Solicitation RFP Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment J-4 IDIQ Price Template Attachment J-8 PPQ Questions must be recieved no later than 05 DEC 2024 by 12:00 (noon) EST. Questions must be recived on the Q&A Excel template to be accepted. Amendment 0004 provides the answers to last set of questions recieved. Amendment 0003 extends due date to 10/22/24 by 4pm EST. Additional questions are answered. Deadline for all additional questions is 10/10/24 by 4pm EST. Amendment 0002 SF30 is uploaded that extends due date to 01 OCT 2024 by 4pm EST. CBA Wage Rate is uploaded. This page was inadvertently left off the incumbent Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) file. Amendment 0001 documents are posted. The Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) Critical Incident Support Group (CIRG) provides aviation resources to meet the mission and priorities of the FBI anytime, anywhere. As such, the FBI requires full scope fixed and rotary wing aviation support to include aircraft maintenance and support personnel to provide field level maintenance and back shop support functions as required. Contractor personnel shall provide complete maintenance, backshop, special mission equipment, operational, training, and administrative support to meet the FBI mission requirements as outlined and referenced in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
