The Government intends to establish a single award, blanket purchase agreement (BPA) in accordance with FAR 13.303, based upon a best value determination. The FBI anticipates delivery orders to be issued for LED light fixtures, modular wiring, lighting controls components, and other associated materials for a period of up to 12 months after the establishment of the BPA. No single delivery order will exceed the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. This project will incrementally upgrade lighting on the FBI CJIS Division Campus in Clarksburg, West Virginia. No installation required. FOB Destination: 1000 Custer Hollow Road, Clarksburg, WV 26306 Please complete the attached PRICING TEMPLATE for evaluation. Pricing shall remain valid for a period of 12 months after award. Confirmation Statement required. Pricing Template is on Tab 1 with the “OR EQUAL” Specifications on Tab 2. Pricing Template is to be completed for Column H (UNIT PRICE) and Column J (LEAD TIME) both are light green in color. Items number 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 have a quantity of zero listed – pricing and lead time is requested as these items will be part of the BPA. Assume a quantity of 1 for pricing and lead time evaluation. Please include any applicable discount for all items if/when a specific quantity is procured, Columns K & L. The “Existing Fixture” and the “Basis of Design” for each replacement as well as the Photometric Analysis of the building at attached. All light fixtures shall be energy efficient and meet the specifications included on Tab 2 of the attached Excel Sheet. FAR 52.225-1 BUY AMERICAN- Supplies is applicable. The FBI reserves the right to add or remove items of like specifications to this BPA.
