The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for the removal of existing chiller and the installation/replacement of (1) 130 Ton Air-Cooled Scroll Chiller at the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division located at 1000 Custer Hollow Rd., Clarksburg, WV 26306. All questions are due to the Contracting Officer, Candice Kesselman, ckesselman@fbi.gov, by 4:00 p.m. ET, August 14, 2024. All quotes shall be emailed to ckesselman@fbi.gov by 4:00 p.m ET, August 26, 2024. Any quotes received after the aforementioned time and date will NOT be accepted. SITE VISIT INFORMATION- The FBI is hosting a site vist for ALL interested companies on Tuesday, August, 13, 2024. Only two individuals from each interested company shall be able to participate. Please submit the name(s) of those interested in attending to ckesselman@fbi.gov to receive a Site Access Request Form. All Site Access Request Forms shall be completed in full and submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 9, 2024 to allow time for security personnel to processing and acceptance.
