This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. No partial quotes will be considered. No partial awards will be made. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 424210– Search, Drugs and Druggists' Sundries Merchant Wholesalers; 493120 – Search, Refrigerated Warehousing and Storage. The resultant contract is intended to be awarded as a one-time, firm-fixed price IDIQ contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial item under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13. Purpose/Type of Contract The purpose of this IDIQ is to provide a broad scope of medical supplies and prescription medications in support of tactical operations and training. The Government intends to establish a firm fixed price, single award, IDIQ. The IDIQ will have a sixty (60) month ordering period from the date of award with a Base Plus Four (4) Option Period.
