This notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal or quote. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are currently available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG) Division/Tactical Helicopter Unit (THU) requires a contractor to provide commercially available Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved parts and services to support fleet of THU’s Bell 429 helicopters and Sikorsky UH60M aircraft maintenance operations. The contractor will provide parts covered under the airworthiness standards as mandated by Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) contained in Title 14 CFR Part 21 with regard to Parts Manufacturer Approvals (PMAs and provided parts and services are to ensure rotorcraft airworthiness standards are maintained under FARs contained in Title 14 CFR Part 27 Normal Category and Part 29 Transport Category. The Statement of Works (SOW) describe the work to be performed to be provided by the Contractor under the resultant Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Government intends to establish multiple blanket purchase agreement(s) under a separate solicitation. The Government's intent is to obtain capabilities, delivery, or other market information for planning purposes. All capable and responsible offerors are encouraged to submit a response to this notice and check (x) on Attachment 1 identifying the service(s) the offeror can provide. Not responding to the RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on sam.gov; it is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor sam.gov for additional information pertaining to any such solicitation. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and must be clearly marked. To aid the Government, proprietary information should be segregated. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
