This solicitation is to provide monthly preventative maintenance services and necessary parts and repairs of the fitness center equipment located in the Biometrics Technical Center and Criminal Justice Information Services main building located on the CJIS Division campus in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Both locations contain a variety of equipment detailed in the Statement of Work. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government intends to award a five year contract (1 base year with potentially four (4) one-year options) based on best value. For pricing, please complete the attached SF 1449.
