The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit authorized dealers and resellers of brand name medical supplies and prescription medications, for the purpose of establishing a one-time, firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to acquire Indefinite Quantity Medical Supply Products, including shipping. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. Brand Name only: The Buyer is allowing Sellers and Manufacturer to submit bids for the listed items, provided the items meet all of the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified by this solicitation. Sellers or Manufacturer MUST enter exactly what the Buyer has listed in the this RFQ (including make, model and description) into the description field in order for the bid to be considered. The Buyer will evaluate items on the basis of information furnished by the Seller or identified in the bid and reasonably available to the Buyer. The Buyer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the Bid.
