The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) negotiated a Sole Source, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with T-Mobile USA Inc., 12920 SE 38th Street, Bellevue, Washington 98006, United States for the purpose of obtaining Wireless Voice/Data Services under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 47QTCA20D00B5. This notice of is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by contacting Nancy J. Beck via email only at njbeck@fbi.gov, no later than 8:00am (Central) on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. Responses sent via other means (i.e. via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered. Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. This BPA is available for use by all components of the Department of Justice.
