**Non-Amendment Notice: RFP discrepancies – the government has been experiencing technical issues with its’ contract writing system that creates the RFP document; specifically in the tables that are included in the RFP. We are finding the tables have information moved or shifted and/or lines are missing (i.e., Table L-1). In a few cases the information has reverted to the prevous Amendment. We have been attempting to address this with our technical department. Valid changes are those that are expressly stated in box 14 of the Amendment. Any information added to the RFP via box 14 of the Amendment remains in full force. Amendment 0006 The purpose of Amendment 06 is to provide the following information: Corrects formula errors on Attachment J-3_LOE_Firm_Fixed_Price_Labor_Rates Amendment 0005 The purpose of Amendment 05 is to provide the following information: RFP section B.4.3 is added which instructs offerors not to price PWS Attachment 4 Bill of Materials (BOM). This is for informational purposes only. BOMs will only be required to be priced at the individual Task Order level. Amendment 0004 The purpose of Amendment 04 is to provide the following information: Provides answers to additional questions that were submitted. Deletes M.4.4 and updates language regarding Total Evaluated Price (TEP) at section M.3.6 Updates DSS to DCSA Updates all associated contract documentation (i.e. Attachment J-4) to match removed Past Performance factor. Language added to section B.4.2 to allow for discount on labor rates for Task Orders. Amendment 0003 The purpose of Amendment 03 is to provide the following information: Updates a few sections of the RFP in response to requests for clarification, such as Section K that still reflected old NAICS code of 238210. Clarifies page number limit for VOL. II. Corrects few areas of RFP still reflecting (4) Volumes versus updated (3) Volumes. Amendment 0002 The purpose of Amendment 02 is to provide the following information: The answers to all submitted questions via the Questions & Answers template. Add FAR Clause 52.219-6 for Total Small Business Set Aside notice. Update language in the PWS (shown in red). Technical requirement has been updated and Past Performance eliminated. NAICS code has been updated. The proposal due date is extended to 4pm EST on 12 August 2022. Amendment 0001 1. The purpose of Amendment 01 is to provide the following information: The Questions& Answers template is attached. All questions must be submitted on the attached Question and Answers excel spreadsheet to be accepted and answered. Section H had the subcontracting section removed and the security language updated. Section M language has been updated. The objective of this contract is to provide installation services for data network, telephone, and low voltage/security electronics cabling in support of upgrades to the FBI’s facilities infrastructure, specifically related to structured data and telecommunications networks, to meet current and future FBI operational requirements. Contractor shall perform a range of services intended to provide FBI facilities with bundled network cabling, CATV/CCTV cabling, low-voltage security electronics cabling, and telephone communications cabling. Contractor will also provide support for the design, implementation, and verification of test results for physical layer cable plant, as well as demolition and on-site quality assurance services incidental to new construction projects at FBI facilities.
