The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit interested vendors for the purpose of entering into a one-year agreement with four potential option years to provide Brand Name Apple products and Brand Name or Equal for all other products listed in Attachment-1, Pricing Matrix. IMPORTANT: To be considered for award, the contractor shall price all items listed on the Pricing Matrix. This RFP falls under FAR Parts 12 and 15 and is a Total Small Business Set Aside. This proposal was initially posted for 29 days and, on the 30th day, was canceled to obtain a waiver of the Nonmanufacturer rule (NMR) from the Small Business Administration (SBA). An individual waiver was acquired and is attached to this RFP (see Attachment-6). The canceled solicitation was titled Brand Name - Apple IT Equipment IDIQ, and the notice ID was 15F06722R0000032. IMPORTANT: Proposals, certifications, and past performances previously submitted will need to be resubmitted.
