The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit authorized manufacturer and resellers of LAUDA Brinkman Integral 150 XT Chemical thermostats and supplies, brand name products, for the purpose of establishing a Lowest Price Technally Acceptable (LPTA) one-time, firm-fixed price contract to acquire Two (2) LZB 309 Kryo 30; two (2) L002794 LAUDA Integral IN 150 XT; four (4) HKA 61 Olive ½ with spherical liner for M30x1.5: including shipping. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. Brand Name only: The Buyer is allowing Sellers and Manufacturer to submit bids for the items, provided the items meet all of the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified by this solicitation. Sellers or Manufacturer MUST enter exactly what they are bidding (including make, model and description) into the blank description field in order for the bid to be considered. The Buyer will evaluate items on the basis of information furnished by the Seller or identified in the bid and reasonably available to the Buyer. The Buyer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the Bid. Capability Statement Should a vendor believe they are capable of fulfilling this requirement, a capability statement shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist at dfsiani@fbi.gov by Monday, December 27, 2021 1:00 pm CST. This capability statement will be evaluated only to determine if a competitive solicitation should be conducted.
