Agile Coaching Workshop Estimated Period of Performance: 7/11/2022 - 6/30/2023 The workshop will provide Information Technology Management Section (lTMS) and other CJIS Division employees specialized training in Agile Coaching. Requirements: The Vendor must: • Vendor will secure a location and provide on-site training within 10 miles of the CJIS Division site. This site must be a comfortable and suitable learning environment with the appropriate technology (internet, whiteboards, etc.) • The vendor is responsible for all travel cost and expenses • The vendor will provide a 3-4 day training specific to Agile coaching • The vendor will have the ability to train up to 20 attendees at one time • The vendor must obtain course accreditation from the ICAgile for the training course to be approved to award the Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) upon successful completion of the course. • The vendor's training course must: o Address the competencies and practices associated with being an Agile Coach o Provide training on how to develop ethical and professional coaching standards and agreements and how to apply such agreements. o Provide training on how to coach, facilitate, mentor, and teach Agile o Provide training on how to develop high-performance teams o Provide training on Agile Coach thinking and how to apply • The vendor must provide qualified and experienced instructors • The vendor must provide a digital learning package for each attendee • The vendor must comply with established COVID protocols The FBI will: • Provide a roster list of attendees, with contact information, to the vendor no less than 10 days prior to the event • Provide all necessary COVID protocols no less than 10 days prior to the training • Will commit to attend all consecutive days of training as agreed upon QUOTES WILL BE RECEIVED VIA EMAIL ONLY - rtennant@fbi.gov QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND ANSWERED VIA EMAIL ONLY - rtennant@fbi.gov
