Award... This UPDATED solicitation is for preventative maintenance and necessary repairs of the kitchen equipment located on the FBI Campus in Clarksburg, WV. This is a 100% set aside for SMALL BUSINESS. Award will be based upon a BEST VALUE decision that will assess capabilitiies, response time, price and past performance. This is a Firm Fixed Price to perform bi-annual preventative maintenance and identification of necessary repairs (CLIN x001). Any repair/service requirement outside of normal preventative maintenance (CLIN x002) will be negotiated when the repair is identified during the preventive maintenance service. The contractor shall provide a service report to identify any necessary repairs along with a cost estimate to complete the work. Approval prior to the start of work is required. Included on the campus are 3 kitchens - the Child Daycare Center, Biometrics Technical Center, and Criminal Justice Information Services main building. All 3 kitchen locations contain a variety of equipment detailed in the attached spreadsheet (UPDATED with additional details to include Manufacturer and Model when available).
