The service required is the procurement of professional services to Design and Build a PEMB Simunition (SIM) House at the Camp Villere National Guard Training Center, Slidell, LA. The contractor is required to provide all necessary professional and technical services and support to fully satisfy the Government’s requirements which includes all management supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment and shall investigate, plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services required to Design and construct the SIMHOUSE per the Statement of Work. A SITE VISIT is scheduled for 2 December 2020 at 0900 at the FBI New Orleans Training Complex. Attendence to Site Visit is MANDATORY in order to submit a proposal. Please contract the Primary POC if you plan on attending the Site Visit.
