The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit interested vendors for the purpose of entering into an agreement in procuring the attached listed brand name products for the Laboratory Division (LD). This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. All quotes shall be FOB Destination Shipping to Huntsville AL. This is a total small business set aside, brand name only. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. All quotes shall be firm-fixed-priced. Please note, if not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contractor shall be an authorized reseller of the below listed products. Certificate or authorization letter shall be submitted with quotation. Quotations submitted without an OEM authorized reseller letter shall not be considered.
