This RFQ is in accordance with FAR parts 12, 13 and 19. The Full Portalgaurd Annual License Renewal produced by Bio-Key International is the only product that will fulfill the agencies need for this procurement. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by viewing the attached RFQ document and submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in the RFQ.
