This is an open market, simplified acquisition tht includes both brand name specific items and brand name or equal items. Please note designation on the specification sheet. The basis for award is best value considering techincal, price and delivery. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards and prefers a small business but will award to a large business if necessary.
