This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. No partial quotes will be considered, and no partial awards will be made. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is 15F06721Q0000217 and is being conducted as a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 335129 - Other Lighting Equipment Manufacturing; the size standard is 500 employees. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract of a Brand Name Product Only. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04.
