The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit authorized manufacturer and resellers of LDI Innovation. brand name products, for the purpose of establishing a one-time Purchase Order to acquire Qty one (1) SFS-GO™ Spectrometer; Qty one (1) SFS4.001Spectral Unit assembly with Light Source, Detector, and Control electronics; Qty one (1) SFS4.002 Measurement compartment with Fiber-Optic probe (1.5 m length); Qty one (1) SFS4.003 Tabletop sample measurement compartment for the optical cell; Qty one (1) SFS4.005 Set of quartz optical cells, 2 pcs; including shipping. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. Brand Name only: The Buyer is allowing Sellers and Manufacturer to submit bids for the items, provided the items meet all of the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified by this solicitation. Sellers or Manufacturer MUST enter exactly what they are bidding (including make, model and description) into the blank description field in order for the bid to be considered. The Buyer will evaluate items on the basis of information furnished by the Seller or identified in the bid and reasonably available to the Buyer. The Buyer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the Bid.
