The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit authorized reseller/service providers of EATON brand name Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) for the purpose of establishing a firm-fixed-price, base and four option year service contract for the Laboratory Division. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. This is a total small business set aside. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in the attached RFQ. All quotes shall be firm fixed priced. All quotes shall be accompanied with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Authorized Power Specialist certification letter.
