The Contractor shall provide appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop a robust FISA audit process that will allow the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to monitor and ensure FISA application accuracy and completeness. The Contractor shall also provide FISA audit process implementation guidance, which shall include recommendations pertaining to resources, organizational structure, and change management procedures. The Contractor shall design a FISA audit process of the size and scope necessary and offer guidance on audit process implementation. Please see attached documents for additional information. RFP 15F06720R0000326 was amended on 10/14/2020. This requirement was canceled on 11/16/2020 due to significant changes to the scope of work.
