This is an open market, brand name or equal, simplified acquisition set aside 100% for small business. The Government intends to award a single purchase order based upon the a best value determination. FOB Destination: 1000 Custer Hollow Road, Clarksburg, WV 26306 Please complete the attached PRICING TEMPLATE for evaluation. Pricing Template is on Tab 1 with the “OR EQUAL” Specifications on Tab 2. Also attached are the “Existing Fixture” and the “Basis of Design” for each replacement as well as the Photometric Analysis of the building. The light fixtures shall be energy efficient and meet the specifications included on Tab 2 of the attached Excel Sheet.
