This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 effective 06 MAY 2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The FBI does not intend to reimburse recipients of this RFQ for any costs incurred in preparing a quote. Prior to the preparation of your quote, please read all instructions contained herein. A Contractor's quote shall be clearly stated, complete and provide a straightforward, concise delineation if its capabilities and services to satisfy this RFP. The FBI requires a Contractor to provide all personnel, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform Maintenance, Inspection, Repairs and Replacement Services for the Fire Extinguishers at the FBI/CJIS Campus, located in Clarksburg, WV. This intent of this recurring service requirement is for a 1-year base period of performance with 4 additional option years.
