The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is conducting market research to identify potential sources and assess the availability of a commercial product or solution for a secure, scalable, and interoperable government-wide Intellectual Property (IP) database. The Government seeks to determine whether a commercial product currently exists that satisfies the identified need. If no such product exists, the Government is interested in understanding the capabilities and interest of industry in developing a solution under a Research OTA.
