This solicitation is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13 (as detailed in the Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions). The U.S. Government intends to establish a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for these services. The BPA will cover a total potential period of five years: a one-year base period plus four consecutive one-year option periods. The anticipated period of performance shall run from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031, commencing from the official date of the BPA award.
