This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15DDHQ25Q00000132 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-05, effective 7 August 2025. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516. This solicitation is set-aside for all Small Businesses (FAR 19.14). It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a set-aside for all Small Businesses basis for the Agilent Technologies Inc manufactured items in the Schedule of Supplies. Sole Source Justification (Brand Name) is attached. Please carefully review this solicitation’s attachments for additional information on this requirement. This will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable quote that provides all items as listed in the RFQ. For a vendor's quote to be considered for award, it shall provide ALL or NONE of the listed Agilent Technologies Inc manufactured brand-name products numbers, quantities and descriptions included in RFQ number 15DDHQ25Q00000132 Schedule of Supplies.
