The close date for submission of quotes will NOT be extended. -end- 22 AUGUST 2025 AMENDMENT A00001 The purpose of amendment A00001 is as follows: (1) To clarify the contrary dates referenced in the description field of SAM.gov posting and dates referenced in Section 5 of the RFQ. (2) Extend the close date for QUESTIONS through 27 August 2025 at 10am EST. (3) Extend the SUBMISSIONS close date through 3 September 2025 at 10am EST. (4) Attached is a revised solicitation with all referenced revisions/updates in RED. The close date for questions and submissions are hereby extended as referenced above. (end) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside. As required by FAR 4.1102, offerors are required to be registered in SAM (The System for Award Management) at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. This solicitation is under NAICS 333415. All proposals shall be on an all or none basis, alternate proposals will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a proposal which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106 Simplified Acquisition Procedures - Soliciting competition, evaluation of quotations or offers, award and documentation, the Government intends to issue a single ppurchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of this solicitation and offers the best value to the government in acccorance with the evaluation factors outlined in the solicitation. Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than August 27, 2025 at 10:00AM ET. The deadline for submission of proposals is August 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM ET. All submissions (questions and/or proposals) shall be submitted electronically by email to alycia.spears@dea.gov and Andrew.J.Craig@dea.gov with the solicitation number included in the subject line. Late submissions (questions and/or proposals) will NOT be accepted.
