AMENDMENT P00001 The purpose of amendemnt P00001 is to post the answers to the questions recived on or before 16 April 2025 @ 3pm regarding this solicitation; as a result, see the attached amendment with "Questions and Answers". This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 15DDHQ25Q00000040 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. Please see the attached solicitation, attachment A, Statement of Work for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be subject to evaluation in accordnace with the evaluation factors outlined in the soloiciation. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the eligible, responsible Offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of this solicitation and presents the best value to the government. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS The Offeror shall provide a Firm Fixed Price Quote that includes all services listed in the Statement of Work. The quote must clearly demonstrate the Offeror’s ability to perform all requirements of the Statement of Work. The Offeror’s quote must specifically address the evaluation sub-factors listed below. All contractors and/or vendors providing a quote for this SOW must be registered and “active” in the Government SAM.gov System at the time of quote submission and must provide their unique ID number in the submission. Any questions must be submitted in writing by email to Alycia.Spears@dea.gov no later than 4/16/2025 at 3:00pm EST. The deadline for quotes is April 28, 2025, at 10:00am EST. Quotes must include pricing, applicable capability statement and responses to evaluation factors listed below. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically by email to Alycia.Spears@dea.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
