AMENDMENT 1 - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ATTACHED This is a combined synopsis solicitation for a commercial service prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Service, and FAR Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The is a Firm Fixed Price requirement, and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services. The size standard for this NAICS is $34M. This procurement is unrestricted. The solicitation number is 15DDHQ25Q00000093 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted and information can be found at sam.gov. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract with a five-year ordering period for the brand name or equal as defined in the RFQ document attached. Award will be made to the LOWEST-PRICE technically acceptable quote based on the evaluation criteria specified in the RFQ. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. The Government intends to award based on the initial quote without engaging in exchanges or discussions. All questions are due to Kathrine.r.leach@dea.gov by June 11, 2025 by 1:00PM ET. Quotes are due June 16, 2025 by 4:00PM ET. Late submissions will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time without making an award.
